The Abbey Inn - Byland
The Abbey Inn - Byland

Welcome to The Abbey Inn

A nineteenth century, historic inn transformed into a cosy, relaxed country pub with rooms, overlooking the historic ruins of Byland Abbey in North Yorkshire. Serving a seasonal menu created by Head Chef Charlie Smith, and Chef Director Tommy Banks, alongside an excellently curated drinks list from real hand-pumped ales to seasonal cocktails.

Celebrating British Pie Week

To celebrate British Pie Week (4th – 10th March) we've been working on a selection of pies that perfectly showcase the produce from our farm and our local suppliers, making sure nothing goes to waste!

And because pies are just too good to celebrate for only 7 days we'll be serving our pie menu alongside our full menu from Monday the 4th March until Friday 29th March at both lunch and dinner every Monday, Thursday (dinner only) and Friday.
